Today's outfit wasn't super spectacular , but I went to the library with Kim, so we could both work on our thesis (I put the red lipstick on later though, before I went to see my boyfriend). Unfortunately, according to Elle magazine, we both suffer from 'procrastination', a very serious condition which means every time you start your pc to work on stuff for school, you end up surfing blogs and testing which dude from sex and the city you should date - apparently I should go for Harry - which I wouldn't mind at all, haha!
As stated earlier, I love fall, and now with every blog reporting about the new H&M fall/winter collection I really can't wait! I hope to get my hands on the coat in the picture above and the boots in the picture below (don't know if these are also H&M?)
I'm not quite the summer person. At first when spring comes in, I'm looking forward to wearing lighter, summery clothes and spending more time outside. But then, after two hot days, I'm allready longing for autumn to come. Give me cold, gloomy weather and I'm happy!
What I do like about summer is the lighter food and the possibility to cook and eat outside. I'd love to have a nice balcony with a view to eat my breakfast on every morning, but for now i'll have to keep dreaming ;-)
Yesterday we grilled these sardines outside and enjoyed them with some pasta and salad.
After her all-red outfit, I am now officially in love with Russian it-girl Miroslava Duma's newest look. What a fantastic way to combine chique with glamour. I really want a blazer in that colour - guess I need to do some thrift shopping to find one to suit my budget. Looking fierce, girl!
So I gave it another try today, and I must say the results are a lot better than last time.
After a long time of rain we finally have some nice weather, so it is time to brighten things up a little :) However, I still don't feel quit ready for bare legs, maybe som selftanning could help me out!
So, photographing an outfit is easy, right? At least that's what I thought. But just like Laura I struggled hard making a picture without awkward posing, spooky face (see above) or weird colors (see above part II).. Below you'll find my best shot, and as you can see it still needs some practice! Laura and I will be taking some pictures outside soon, because allthough I love the timer on my camera, it sure doesn't take the best pictures ;-)
Have you guys already checked out the short movie made by 'der Karl', called 'Remember Now'? You can watch it now on http://www.chanel-news.com
The clothes are really cool (duh, it's Chanel!), and the 'imagery' is beautiful as well! However, I don't know how I feel about the kinda old dude hanging out with all the young models, haha. But anyway, the movie is worth checking out!
Boy, do I suck at taking outfit photos! Anyway, just wanted to show you my new top from H&M Trend, that I bought in Oslo! Kim, some other girlfriends and I took a trip there last week, so of course, some shopping had to be done. I made a list of nice Scandinavian shops I wanted to visit, like Gina Tricot and Monki, and they definitely didn't disappoint us! Since we took loads of pictures, we'll make a nice selection of photos for the blog.
And in the meantime, I'll try to work on my outfit post's skills ;)!
