To put the reactions at the end of your posts, go to "Design" - the page showing the kind of scaffolding of your blog, which I'm sure you already know ^^ There should be box labelled 'Blog Posts' with a link 'Edit' in the bottom right corner. Click on this, and a pop-up box will open. Scroll down to 'Reactions' in this box, and you will find what you are looking for! Hope that helps :)
